Prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices or correct errors at any time before order confirmation.
5. Payment
We accept payments via all major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets, as supported by Razorpay at checkout.
All transactions are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant Razorpay payment gateway.
By submitting your payment details, you authorize us and Razorpay to process and collect the order amount.
In the event of a failed transaction or incomplete payment, the order will not be processed. If any amount is debited during such failure, it will be automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Orders are confirmed via email once payment clears.
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team. Customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship via trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines depend on your location and product availability.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or customs clearance.
