While we do not offer direct monetary refunds, we promise to address your concerns with complete fairness and transparency. Kindly read the policy below for details regarding returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • A return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Once your exchange is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 7 business days.
  • Products purchased during Sale or with Discount Codes are not eligible for returns, but may be considered for size exchange (subject to availability).
  • Customized or Made-to-Order items are not returnable or exchangeable.

What You Can Return or Exchange

✅ Eligible:

  • Wrong size received (if the correct size is available)
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Defective or damaged item (must be reported with images within 7 days of delivery)

❌ Not Eligible:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Items with broken or missing tags
  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Products purchased in clearance/final sale
  • Accessories and complimentary gifts

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Email us at shreebhaa45@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
Step 2: Share your Order ID and reason for return or exchange. In cases of damage/defect, attach clear photos as proof.
Step 3: Our team will review your request and guide you with the next steps.

Please note: Returns will only be accepted after successful quality check approval.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Customers are required to self-ship the product to the return address shared via email.
  • Please use a trackable courier service and share the tracking details with us once shipped.
